Thanks for the feedback Harold. I hope you will tell us which section you had trouble reading.

The font in stories is black and except for the lede story, the background is white or near white.

Any blue font means it is a clickable link which is standard on websites. For example, the KRCR and Sac Bee links are blue as are links to stories or resources.

I am very sensitive to readability with my own visiion defecits so am anxious to fix the problem if we can. Could it be your monitor? What browser are you using?
Did you know you can depress the control button and the + button on your keyboard (at the same time) to enlarge the type? I love that trick!

Give me a call at 647-6594 or post back which section gave you trouble and let's see how we can fix it - Darcie

It is very hard to read your webbsie. The print is in light blue. I had started at the top and went down but had to give up as to much eye strain. The print should be in black with white backgound.
Thanks for making the change for us that have poor eye site.

LOL...And that needs to be under lock and key? Feel like I'm in "One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest" and Nurse Ratched is on the prowl. We must have been very naughty. :-)

Believe the origional post is under Home & Garden by Linda F.

Also, If memory serve me correctly, we had a roof inspection 11 months after close of escrow. Maybe posting where this information can be found in the mass of papers we have would be helpful to some residents. I might also add that when I spoke with Petersen Roofing and asked specific questions was told that not having the inspections would not void warranty....that this was highly recommended however as to avoid interior damage from broken/slipped tiles, etc. Suggest we each do our own homework regarding this. Also would believe that scheduling inspections as a group would be to our advantage price wise.

Hi Darcie - I have two bits of information. One, Homeowners need to know that to keep their 10 year roof warranty in force, they need to have an inspection every other year. You may already know this, as Mary Weatherill put out an e-mail, but perhaps everyone did not get it.
The company is: PETERSENDEAN Roofing and Solar Systems. The phone No to make an appointment is: 707-469- 7470 ext 178 - Kara is the person to schedule with. The basic cost is $170.00. You do not have to be home, but need to give permission to get on your roof when you get your appointment.

The next item is perhaps a bit late, but on the Q and A section for the candidates, I think my responses with two of the questions got switched in their placement and don't make sense with the question they are paired up with. Can you take a look? By the way, I will be happy to help you in any way, with the July 17th event . Let me know. Thank you, Kathy Powell

Pamela at Riverside Management is the one who said she would make it available for gleenbrooke. You might want to check with Mina and see if she has received it or she can let Pamela know there is an interest here in seeing it.

I, for one, would be interested in watching the tape of Riverside Mgmts. meeting. How exactly can that be accomplished?
