Maybe posting where this information can be found in the mass of papers we have would be helpful to some residents. I might also add that when I spoke with Petersen Roofing and asked specific questions was told that not having the inspections would not void warranty....that this was highly recommended however as to avoid interior damage from broken/slipped tiles, etc. Suggest we each do our own homework regarding this.
