  1. Good Morning,

Thank you for the feature on your website about TELMAS, Tell Me A Story. Please change the time for Wednesday's first session to 6:30 PM vice 5:30. Thanks again and I hope to see you there.

  2. Hi Darcie,

I saw the ad about the puppy. Can you correct my name to McKinley-George? I know, for a fact,
that if someone called here and Bill answered the phone he would tell them they had the wrong number?
I'll let you know if I hear anything.....thanks.

    Helen

  3. Thanks Helen for letting me know - it has been corrected and I am sorry for the error. We hope to get this puppy adopted into a loviing home.

  4. Darcie: Thank you for arranging the dog training seminar. Sorry the gloomy weather kept away some dogs and their owners. george and joan

  5. It was my pleasure. Thanks to you and Joan for coming. We hope to have more fun events for the dog owners in Glenbrooke. If anyone has suggestiions please let us know.

  6. It wasn't that cold, little windy maybe, but three of us watched and visited from a bench. Solved most of the World's problems!!!

  7. I, for one, would be interested in watching the tape of Riverside Mgmts. meeting. How exactly can that be accomplished?

  8. Pamela at Riverside Management is the one who said she would make it available for gleenbrooke. You might want to check with Mina and see if she has received it or she can let Pamela know there is an interest here in seeing it.

  9. I assume only me...that's ok, no big deal!

  10. Hi Darcie - I have two bits of information. One, Homeowners need to know that to keep their 10 year roof warranty in force, they need to have an inspection every other year. You may already know this, as Mary Weatherill put out an e-mail, but perhaps everyone did not get it.
The company is: PETERSENDEAN Roofing and Solar Systems. The phone No to make an appointment is: 707-469- 7470 ext 178 - Kara is the person to schedule with. The basic cost is $170.00. You do not have to be home, but need to give permission to get on your roof when you get your appointment.

The next item is perhaps a bit late, but on the Q and A section for the candidates, I think my responses with two of the questions got switched in their placement and don't make sense with the question they are paired up with. Can you take a look? By the way, I will be happy to help you in any way, with the July 17th event . Let me know. Thank you, Kathy Powell

  11. Thanks Kathy,
Re-posted the roof info in the Forums under "Recommendations"
Will correct the board Q&A as soon as possible - So sorry for the error!
Thanks for the help on the 17th!

  12. Believe the origional post is under Home & Garden by Linda F.

Also, If memory serve me correctly, we had a roof inspection 11 months after close of escrow. Maybe posting where this information can be found in the mass of papers we have would be helpful to some residents. I might also add that when I spoke with Petersen Roofing and asked specific questions was told that not having the inspections would not void warranty....that this was highly recommended however as to avoid interior damage from broken/slipped tiles, etc. Suggest we each do our own homework regarding this. Also would believe that scheduling inspections as a group would be to our advantage price wise.
