Bringing Neighbors Together

Photography Club Field Trip

The field trip downtown to photograph buildings such as the Capital and Roman Catholic Cathedral is a go for Saturday February 2nd.  This being Groundhog Day we will also stalk the reclusive groundhog for a rare photo opportunity (just kidding).  I have contacted the Cathedral Staff and the Capital staff and we are welcome to photograph both buildings inside and out.  We are also free to photograph other buildings that you may be interested in.  I will try to compile a list of buildings that might  be of interest.

Spouses, partners etc. are welcome to join us.  We will meet at the clubhouse at 11:00 AM and watch a short five minute tutorial on photographing buildings.  We will also arrange car pools and travel downtown for lunch at the Pyramid Alehouse (they validate parking!).  Following lunch you will be on your own to take photographs to your hearts content.  We will discuss our photos at our regular meeting on February 19th.
I will provide maps, parking suggestions, and building suggestions when we gather on the 2nd.
I will be making lunch reservations for our group so I need an accurate count of attendees.  Please rsvp to me no later than Sunday.
Feel free to email me with any questions or call me at 685-8342.
