Gearing up for Spring Sales?
Driving out of our neighborhood by way of Denali Circle, I noticed several new signs. It looks like the developers in Madeira, sans Del Webb, got together to erect a number of co-op signs. This will surely make it easier for home buyers to find their specific development.
It was confusing knowing which houses around us belonged to which developer. I just wonder, why was Del Webb not listed?
