Theater Go’ers Announce Next Two Plays

The next two plays for the Theater Go’ers group have been announced. If you are interested in attending ether play, you must let Terri Bacon know by Sunday, September 5. After that time, you will be placed on a waiting list. The money for both performances is due by October 1. I currently have a hold on 40 tickets for the December play. Tickets are not yet available for the November play.

Is He Dead? Saturday, November 6 at 2:00 p.m.
We were so impressed with Hello Dolly last spring that we have been looking forward to the announcement of the fall production at Franklin High School. The word is out, and it sounds like we are in for another treat. On the one hundred year anniversary of the death of Mark Twain, the Franklin Theater Company will be presenting Is He Dead?, a play written by Mark Twain and adapted by David Ives.
The play focuses on an impoverished artist in France who stages his own death in order to increase the value of his paintings.
Tickets are $7.00.
Plaid Tidings Sunday, December 5 at 2:00 p.m.
This holiday treat features the best of “Forever Plaid, one of the most popular and successful musicals in recent memory. The boys are back to do a holiday special. The performance will be presented by Civic Theater West (formerly Magic Circle) in Roseville.
Tickets are $20.00 per person if we have 30 or more.

"Forever Plaid" is great. We saw it at the Cosmopolitan Theatre some time back....that's my favorite theatre. $ 20.00 is very reasonable.
Forever Plaid is a great show. We have seen it in 3 different venues. Hope you theater Goers will sign up for this one . george
