Comedy Under the Stars Headlines Kenny Kane
Elk Grove, Calif. – The Cosumnes Community Services District (CSD) and
Sacramento’s Laughs Unlimited are pleased to present two comedians on Friday,
September 3rd. The show will headline, Kenny Kane for a special comedy performance at Laguna Town Hall in Elk Grove (3020 Renwick Avenue).
This is the last comedy show for 2010’s Comedy Under the Stars series.
Combining the frenetic pace of Robin Williams, the absurdity of Steve Martin and the physicality of Jim Carrey, Kenny Kane fuses stand-up and sketch comedy in one action- packed show. Kenny takes the audience through “A day in the life.” One thing leads to another in this hilarious show. In addition to being a regular in Las Vegas and touring the United States, Kane has performed for our troops in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. He has also been heard
by millions of listeners on the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom show; and was seen regularly as host, stand up and sketch comedian on UPN’s, “Seriously Unusual Television.”
Comedy Under the Stars is intended for an adult audience only. Seating begins at 6:00 pm. The comedy show starts at 8:00 pm. Cost is $10 in advance or $12 per person at the door. Bring a picnic dinner, low back lawn chair, blanket and jacket.
