Elk Grove Resident Sues HOA

Elk Grove Citizen online reported on the case of an Elk Grove resident who sued their Homeowners Association (HOA) over proposed vehicle registration and parking restrictions.
The Board wanted to have residents register their cars with the HOA and limit driveway and street parking - even though the streets in Stonelake are public property. Read full story HERE.
