I got a card from PetSmart with a couon for Eukanuba and a banner claiming "Coming soon! - Same Great Nutrition. Great New Look." That always worries me. It didn't say same formula - Those changes usually mean cheaper ingredients. My dog has been on the same brand of dog food since he was a pup, and doesn't take too well to dietary changes.
Luckily, the variety he eats is not on the recall list, but I'll have to read the new ingredients list to see what they've changed.
