What’s New in Phase Three
Judging from all the construction going on around us, it appears that homes sales are doing better. We dropped into the sales office to get some of the numbers. We were told that in phase three, they just released 11 new lots and 10 of those have been sold. From the map, they are almost finished with the west side of the Rose Garden Park.
Del Webb boasts 439 happy homeowners. Remember that is people not houses. I wonder if that ration of number of people in the homes will continue through sell out of the development.
