Over a hundred participated in ‘Night Out’
The annual Glenbrooke 'National Night Out' was successful in getting people out of their homes and meeting their neighbors. What started out as a hot evening turned pleasant with the Delta breeze and the setting of the sun.
Mary Weatherill spends countless hours welcoming new neighbors and organizing our very effective neighborhood watch with block captains. She was recognized for her efforts with a Proclamation of Appreciation presented by Elk Grove Councilman Jim Cooper. It is well deserved.
Councilman Detrick stated he thought Glenbrooke had the the largest turnout in Elk Grove.

Yes, it was a wonderful evening with lots of good food and a great opportunity to get acquainted with our neighbors. A BIG Thank You to Mary for all the hard work she puts into this event to make it a success and the others who joined in to help setting it up and taking it down. Mary, we love you!
