Annual Meeting- First a date change; now a time change

On June 4th homeowners were notified the date for the Annual Meeting had been changed from August 11, 2010 to   Wednesday August 18, 2010 at 6:00PM due to a conflict with a newly scheduled mandatory meeting with the CEO of Pulte/Del Webb  that must be attended by the three Developer Board Members.

At today's Board Meeting,  the motion was made and carried to have the start time changed from 6:00PM to 5:00PM to allow the Inspector of Elections, Jennifer Jensen,  time to open and count the ballots.     The statement was made that she could established a membership meeting with  a quorum  based on the  number  of ballots received.

All homeowners are welcome to witness the ballot counting.    The comment from the Board was they did not need to watch someone open envelopes, so they would arrive  at 6:00PM.  Both Pam Ciapessoni, of Riverside Management,  and Mina LaCuesta said they would be there at 5:00PM.
