"DRAFT".........I'm assuming that means it hasn't been adopted by the board.
Yes, but I am confused why the Agenda is a draft. I know the prior minutes have to be adopted by the Board. But my understanding is the association members (us) have to receive the notice four days prior to the Board meeting of the items on the agenda and they are the only ones to be discussed - period.
"Draft aganda" implies they can add, modify or delete something.
Okay, I just checked back on the association web site and the last agenda posted (Oct. 2009) was labeled 'draft' with a line item for Board approval. So it is just me not remembering ever seeing 'draft' on the agenda.
Last agenda posted was October, 2009 labeled "Draft" and we're still waiting for Board approval?
Others still M.I.A. are 4/22/09.....8/12/09.....1/20/10. along with all the 2010 Resolutions.
Maybe that's covered under the item on the Agenda for the next meeting labeled: MANAGEMENT VIOLATION REPORT.
