		<description>Very good work Jim......appreciate the time you have spent in your review.  Imagine there would be several &quot;No&quot; votes and hopefully that can and will be corrected by future board members.  Like any business, the HOA must be run in an effective and closely monitored manner by the BOD&#039;s and Mgmt. Co.  Loose controls can be very costly for the residents.  It would also seem to be in the best interest for said entities to see that happens.  Thank you again!</description>
