Colby and Aidan are New Glenbrooke Floor Plans
A while back we reported that Del Webb/Pulte sought approval for two new home models to add to Glenbrooke.
Here are the details about these models. In addition, we learned they will be releasing a few lots in the Village 3 for sale within the next week.
The new models are the ‘Colby’ that is listed at 1644 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2-car garage. There are three elevations to choose from, the Cottage, the Craftsman or the French elevation. The current list price of the Colby is from $246,990.
The ‘Aidan’ is 1342 square feet, has two bedrooms and den with a two-car garage. Again the elevations are Cottage, Craftsman, or French. The current list price of the Aidan is from $214,990. Mary Weatherill provided the following information: Village 1 has 160 lots ; Village 2 has 71; Village 3 has 54; Village has 176 lots and village 5 has170 Right now Villages 1 and 5 are almost complete---330 ---minus 27 up Westminster and about 5 on Del Webb===299 There are 7 occupied on Netherbury.
