Galt Walmart Petition Filed
Galt Citizens for Sensible Planning filed a petition in Sacramento Monday asking a judge to reject the city's approval of a 137,000 square feet Walmart store at Twin Cities Road and Fermoy Way stating that the project is inconsistent with the city's general plan and that the environmental review was flawed.
 
My comments:  Being very familiar with the location of this Walmart,  please allow me to expand.
                        This location will back up to a gated  "Active Adult Community", similar, but smaller than
                        here with same priced homes.  Sound familiar?  Across
                        the street is Galt's newest strip mall with a new beautiful Raley's store.
