PROCEEDINGS: CHANGE OF HEARING DATE & TIME
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Court will not be available on April 30, 2010 to hear the motion to
set a hearing a date and briefing schedule. Therefore, the Court, on its own motion, continues the
hearing to May 4, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in this department.
If this date and time is not convenient for the parties, the moving party may contact the clerk of this Court
at (916) 874-5591 for a list of other available hearing dates.

JMO: I believe this is just a mediation notice sent to both sides laying the ground work for the mediation, such as when it will take place, at what location, etc. This is, I believe, a requirement by law to enter into mediation to resolve disputes....if disputes cannot be mediated to both sides liking, then they move forward.....but they must try mediation first. Nothing to get excited about, just rountine.
