CSD Takes Over Our Parks

Have you noticed these new signs around our community?     They were erected last week as Consumes community Services District (CSD) have  now taken over the maintenance of the Promenade Park, Rose garden Park,  and what is know to us as Acorn Park .   Residents should now contact CSD's 24 hour maintenance hotline to report any problems.

For urgent  mainainence issues, call 405-5688.      For non-urgent matters, you can go to CSD's website at www.yourscd.com then click on "parks" and then maintenance hotline.

    Jim talked to CSD about the empty dispensers for the dog waste pick-up bags.

    But if you see an empty dispenser please call them or fill out the form on the website. They just took over this area and have no idea how frequently we need the dispensers re-filled. This is a great service, and we all love it, but remember all dogs owners should always carry extra bags.

    I just got the following explanation for the gap in coverage:

    Unfortunately the dispensers were empty prior to the CSD taking over.
    Upon realizing that the city did not have an inventory of bags to turn
    over to us, I immediately ordered the bags. The bags were delivered and
    dispensers were filled on Friday, April 9th. Thank you for your input
    and concern.
