Bike Club Returns to 5:00PM Rides
The Glenbrooke bicycle club announces the return to their spring and summer weekly ride schedule. Some hardy nieghbors have been riding all winter but earlier in the afternoon. Now, with Daylight Saving Time, there will be more light in the evening to ejoy the ride.
The club will be leaving at 5:00PM each Thursday for a ride that is enjoyed by Glenbrooke residents of all ages. You are never too old to enjoy this wonderful form of exercise, “just asked some of our older riders.”
AJ Petruzzi, club president, states that all riding levels are encouraged to join the group. The group rides out and stops half way along for coffee, cookies, or wine. This is not a racing group but a leisure group and AJ is hopeful all Glenbrooke bicyclists will give it a try.
The group assembles each Thursday at the Promenade Park fountain in preparation for the ride. For more information, call AJ at 684-5830.

Thursday is my birthday! My bike is in the shop at the moment but I hope to have it for Thursday's ride. Come on out and help me celebrate my birthday as well as my return to the bike.
By the way, who were those "older riders"?:)
I think that's those "ole Foggies" in Glenbrooke. Keep your eye out for them....they can appear threating sometimes.
AJ, you better leave that wine at home.....think the "juice" is what got Regina the last time.
Check her water bottle.
