 There is a fitness center refresher every Wednesdayt  in March - except the 17th, St. Patrick's Day.     According to Regina, on March 24th  and 31st it will be at 6:30pm.   If you have any questions, please call Regina at 714-1010.

Did you complete  your orientation to the equipment when you first moved into Glenbrooke?    Can you remember how to adjust the seats and weights on the machines?    Have you been telling yourself you need to get back to the fitness center and start a regular routine -  now that you are settled into your house?

Then take advantage of this free refresher course and feel comfortable utilizing the facilities we are so lucky to have at Glenbrooke.
