New Store to Open in Elk Grove
According to the Sacramento Bee, Irvine-based Henry's Farmers Market, which started in 1943 as a street-corner peach stand, is expected to open by Thanksgiving in a former Circuit City location in a shopping center near the corner of Laguna and Big Horn boulevards. Read more Here

Just heard of another new taco shop in the strip mall at the S/W corner of Laguna & Franklin, Think its El Super Taco and also not sure they've opened yet.
