Saturday Social Hosts Bake Potato and Dessert Bar
Saturday, February 20th at 6:00 pm there will be a free Bake Potato Bar for all Glenbrooke residents. The event is hosted by Vickie and Glen Glaser, Jim and Darcie Gore and Norma and Jack Lee.
The Saturday Social meets every week (unless there is an a special event going on in the Lodge). Most weeks we divide up according to what people would like to do. For example, some just visit over a glass of wine. Some play cards or Mah Jong, or Mexican Train. Any scrabble players out there?
This Saturday, we will gather about 6:00pm to enjoy a beverage (bring your own favorite drink) and mingle for a half hour. At 6:30, we will begin serving the baked potatoes. There will be butter, sour cream, bacon, broccoli, cheese, onions and chili to help you get creative with your potato. If you would like to bring a special topping, please do!
In addition to you drink, we ask people to bring a dessert to share.
