Nominating Comittee Members Needed
| It is hard to believe, but it's time to start planning for elections again for Resident Board Members. Prior to elections in August, three to five residents of Glenbrooke are being sought to participate in the Nominating Committee. That committee will put forth names of people that would represent us on the Board Of Directors. Applications for nominating committee must be turned in by March 1, 2010.Applications are available for pick up at the Arbor Lodge. Below is listd the scope of work of the Nominating Committee:
- Meet with Inspector of Election - Get out the word to members regarding election - Solicit candidates - Notify Members of Candidates for Board of Directors - Hold Orientation for candidates - Obtain Candidate statements for election - Obtain member statements if any - Prepare ballot statement and election packet for printing and mailing to members - Assist Inspector of Election as requested Elections will be held at the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 6:00pm For more information contact Mina at 714-1010. |
