Compete with other Del Webbs in Wii Bowling
Wii bowling leagues are popular in many Del Webb communities. Wii sports package was developed and produced by Nintendo. The game is a collection of five sports simulations; tennis, baseball, bowling, golf and boxing.
Players use the Wii Remote to mimic actions performed in real life sports, such as swinging back your arm and swinging toward bowling pins. It is amazingly realistic. Wii bowling is particularly popular for senior centers as the physical demands are not as intense as regular bowling.
Other Del Webb senior communities have bowling leagues. Is there any interest in forming a Glenbrooke league to compete in the National Del Webb Wii Bowling League? The play would be weekly at the clubhouse. Teams will conist of 4 players, start in febuary and last for 8 weeks. There will be 8 teams in the League. The cost is $38. to join the league. Please call Erin for more information or to sign up.
