What exactly is the pay scale and fringe benefits for this position we're hiring for? That is "our" dollar, right? (~_~) Is this a replacement position or additional employee?
The job descriptions and pay scale are available in the lodge. I will try and get the information after the Holidays. My understanding is this is a replacement position ( the staff person I heard say that also said they didn't know if they were at liberty to discuss who was leaving).
I went to the Lodge today (Sunday) and I did not find the job desriptions - I thought I had previously read them in one of the binders.
The best thing to do would be to go to the Lodge during the week when Mina is there and ask for one.
Sorry, I couldn't be more help today.
Below is a link to the job description - but I didn't see any info on compensation - just the needed skills and a description of the responsibilities of the position. For what it's worth:
Arbor Lodge Monitor job description
From what I was told this is for an "additional" employee as monitor.....guess the Lodge is being used more.
