GlenbrookeNews Monthly Report
Glenbrooke news continues to grow due to an increase in resident participation.
The count of "unique visitors" to the site does not tell us how many residents are actually reading because some of our stories have been picked up by Google News(!), so we are also being seen by prospective residents.
The number of unique visitors has gone from 100 in August, to 290 in September, to 571 in October (and that's more than the number of "happy homeowners" listed on the board in front of the sales office).
The number of pages viewed (stories or articles) also increased to 2,954 for October. The number we are most proud of is the number of residents who have contributed to the site - a total of 27 residents who participated in the forums.
Which stories have been most popular? The top 10, in decending order were:
Proposed Guest Policy Changes (viewed 108 times)
Whose community is it? (viewed 65 times)
Side by Side Comparison of HOA policies (viewed 57 times)
The “Other” HOA approved resolutions (viewed 55 times)

And which links have been most popular?
We want to make sure this is the HOMEOWNERS News site, so even though we are flattered that prospective homeowners, family and friends are reading, our primary goal is still bringing neighbors together through communication.
Look for a new feature in November, "Getting to know your neighbor."
