Questions and Concerns for the Board of Director’s meeting

The information posted below are some questions that seem to me need to be addressed. It's only my opinion and if you find something in error, please correct.

12/31/08 Financial Statements were to have been mailed to us in June by Riverside Mgmt. At the 8/12/09 BOD Meeting we were told they would be mailed. 6 weeks later we received them in the mail and they were posted on the Web Site. Why did it take another 6 weeks when they were already 2 mos. late.

A-M-J 09' P & L's also were not posted for 6 wks. after the BOD Meeting.

2010 Budget to be mailed after the October 21st BOD Meeting. When can we expect to have that?

J-A-S 09' P & L's Based on the above dates we will have that available to us in late December even though those figures were used in preparing the 2010 Budget. For residents reviewing Budget for 2010, assuming we even have it, the only figures available to us will be for 6 mos.

4/22/09 Minutes still not posted.

12/31/08 Financial Statement is not signed by CPA. Why is that? IMO I believe that would not be acceptable to Mr. Doody, CPA.

Am I missing something, maybe misunderstanding how a HOA should be run? If so, let me know. I've got broad shoulders and we can AGREE to DISAGREE. We can always use feedback, even correcting a statement is OK.
