Bringing Neighbors Together

Update: Bike Ride Along the Sacramento River

Jose Munoz, AJ Petruzzi, Terry Roeder, David Teraoku and myself enjoyed cool weather and clear skies as we rode three different stretches of river trail and pleasant neighborhoods in the pocket area.

You can see a little of our trip in the slideshow below.

(Place your mouse over the slideshow to reveal controls for speed and size).

Update: Photos from the October 1st ride, with Wendy Petruzzi joining the group:

The bike club usually takes weekly rides starting from the Glenbrooke fountain nearest Whitelock, and residents are invited to bring guests along to join us for easy rides.

  1. WOW, what great fun that had to have been for you men of leisure. Not a female around to give you directions and I assume you all made it back home safely.

    • Funny about that... we did ask for directions at one point (not saying who was asking, but they must have been comfortable in their masculinity).

All returned safely, but there were some comments about sore butts - the ride was about 19 miles long.

    • Jim great pictures, the ride was fantastic, I'm really looking forward to todays ride.
Lets go for 25 miles. ;-)
