Glenbrooke News

There is a group for single people here at Glenbrooke. It is directed at making new friends, socializing and encouraging singles to attend events they may not want to attend alone. Yes - there are both men and women in the group.

We do a wide range of activities and try to keep our members informed of outside activities in the area. We are a recognized Glenbrooke club. We have a business meeting on the first Wednesday of each month at 5:00 P.M. at the Lodge. We plan activities for upcoming months. The dues are $10.00 per year and are payable by Jan 1. Members receive emails or cards in the mail with all the activities listed and who to contact to be included.

Once a month we have a large social in a member's home, which is potluck. We invite all who want to make new friends as a single person to join us. We have many members who have lost their beloved spouses and the group is helping them in many ways as they approach life now as a single person. For more information, please contact Kathy Powell.
