The pie is outstanding, especially with a dab of vanilla ice cream on top and serve a little warm. Darcie made this pie for the Saturday night social and it was amazing.

Thanks for the tip Norma, we will have to check it out.
I hope someone posts a review of this pie if they make it before I do. I just know that Andrea's pastry shop and baking is SO missed by many, many, people. We are lucky she agreed to share her recipes with us.

We go to the Farmers Mkt. on Luguna...by Lazy Boy/Sports Authority. Every Saturday, year round. Open mornings, forget the exact times, but I know they're open 10 - 12 since that's when I get there. Just gotta have those vine ripened tomatoes. They also have some fresh flower arrangements that are inexpensive. They're going to have all the fruit you'll want too.

Oh I am so disappointed. I wanted to go to the Farmer's Market Wednesday to get a bunch of peaches for this recipe and to also freeze. The Farmer's Market is no longer running - apparently Augest 26 was the last day.

Does anyone know of a local produce stand or orchard to get peaches in the next week or soo?
