What’s happening with the Communications Committee?
At the last Board of Directors meeting, directions were given for the formation of a Communications Committee. The need for this committee was evidenced both by the petition that was circulated among residents and the results of the on-line survey conducted by the association in February/March.
The members of the Committee are Bill Elliot, Jim Morris, Linda O'Hara and Harold Wheeler. The Committee has identified their focus as improving communication to/from the Board of Directors in the following areas:
1) Interpretation of CC&R's and potential changes to them.
2) Changes to the following:
- use of common areas and facilities
- financial requirements ( monthly fees, use fees, dues, etc)
-personal pr0perty uses (landscaping requirements, common area plantings, etc)
-communication processes for individual concerns with the association.
You are encouraged to provide input or discuss any concerns with members of the Committee.
We would like to thank our neighbors for volunteering for this important Committee and we look forward to the positive impact improved communication will have on our neighborhood.
